    1.  Find your hand/wrist connection. This is where your hand and wrist meet (you should see a creased line there). This is the point to start measuring from.

    2.  Be sure your hand and fingers are totally straight and flat. DO NOT cup your hand or stretch your fingers backward.

    3.  Measure from the wrist/hand connection (where you see the crease) to the base of your middle finger.  Be precise and don't round up or down.

    *** The leather grips will stretch slightly***

    Hand savers

    Got these for my Husband to save his hands from getting ripped. Quality of the grips are great. It's light. Definitely recommend.

    Coverage.

    The two hole design is enough to cover the parts of the palm that makes contact with the bar, helping keep hands safe for future workouts. Grip strength is saved.

    Good for small hands

    Protected my hands during 100 burpee pull ups. Works well with chalk. My hands are small, I don’t need the extra coverage of the three hole variety.
