I loved these! I am new to CrossFit and finding out from my Box Trainer that these were his best brand made me feel that my choice was accurate. I have used them all around and they feel great.

I have over 40 pairs of CrossFit shoes and this was the first pair of Inov8s I tried. The are sat way back and dug into my heal which I’m sure would have corrected over time. What I didn’t like was I was doing back squats and the outside of the heel would compress and made my squat unstable. After 3 sets at about 255lbs, i had to switch to my Metcons. Maybe it was the wrong shoe for what I was doing since I don’t really understand the inov8 models but I figured this was promoted by CrossFit athletes so I should be able to use it for squats.
