Amazing- I really needed this for my box jumps and squats. It allows for measured mobility, so less likely to damage or hyperextend.

Overall quality was a bit disappointing. After almost a year, stitching has come undone. R Logo/Branding has rubbed off but I would say the sleeves still do their job. 5mm is perfect for having some mobility. I love how I can flip them inside out and have a new look. For the price that you pay for 1 sleeve, its definitely the brand name you are paying for.
