1 On August 6, 2011, a tragedy shook the military community and Americans everywhere. On that day, America lost 30 military service members when a CH-47 Chinook helicopter was downed in Afghanistan. In honor of their service, the following workout will be performed nationwide annually on August 6, 2011.31 Min AMRAP
