    1.  Find your hand/wrist connection. This is where your hand and wrist meet (you should see a creased line there). This is the point to start measuring from.

    2.  Be sure your hand and fingers are totally straight and flat. DO NOT cup your hand or stretch your fingers backward.

    3.  Measure from the wrist/hand connection (where you see the crease) to the base of your middle finger.  Be precise and don't round up or down.

*** The leather grips will stretch slightly***

    Great grips

Great grips. I did not expect that it would be so convenient to do pull-ups and exits to the horizontal bar with them. Now calluses are a thing of the past!

    Best Crossfit purchase

I live these grips, since buying them I haven’t had any issues with my hands. Also I believe I really helps my performance on all bar related workouts with grip. Absolutely love them and would recommend them for anyone.

    Best purchase ever!

I should've bought these sooner. My hands were always sore making any barbell or rig work painful and difficult. Decided enough was enough and got the 3 hole carbon grips and I couldn't be happier. Hands feel great now, no tearing or sore callouses, and they grip the bar like a champ with no chalk.

    • How is the fit? SmallTrue to SizeBig

    Size is Everything

I purchased this same pair of grips a few months ago and was on cusp of medium, but I took small. Tried them for a few months and never worked well because they were too small. Bought a new pair, sized up to medium, and perfect. If you are on cusp, size up. You won’t regret it I guarantee.

Good for extra grip during BB, Pull Up, TTB etc. WODS

First the size, I was right on cusp of small and medium. My hand size was a edge of small. I ordered small and the fit is good. Had I gone a size bigger grips would have been to big. So when they say exact size go with where measurement is. Next, the grip isn't as good as I thought it would be but after some chalk on the grips they work well. The grips make it east for pull ups and TTB then going to BB work. Good purchase and I'd recommend them to anyone.
