Only negative for me is the large NIKE logo on the front
They're lightweight and perfect for plyometric movements -- definitely a great shoe for burpees, DUs, and box jumps, but all that comfort does not sacrifice much stability! While they don't glue to you to the floor in a back squat like the Nano 9 or Metcon 5 would, they held up very well on the Amanda and Kelly benchmarks as well as a +90% deadlift single.
Over the past 6 weeks I have absolutely fallen in love with these: performance, styling (yes I know they look like water shoes and have huge NIKE lettering down the front, I am all about their "loud" appearance haha), and comfort, and would recommend them to anyone and everyone doing HIIT or functional fitness.
