I’m obsessed with these Nike Metcon 4s. I have all of the styles prior and these are by far my favorite. They are true to size, however they do fit more snug than the Free Metcon 3s, which is a good thing IMO. They’re softer/more plump in the tag and heel, making it more comfortable and more secure. They’re also really good looking shoes. These are the ones I reach for the most to do typical CrossFit training because they’re the most versatile! I will continue buying these shoes once they release more colors!

These Metcon Free 4s has been so comfortable! Although I wouldn't use it while doing any WODs with heavy lifting, it was a joy to workout in. Would get more in the other colorways!

I've never ordered these before, so I ordered 2 pairs of in my normal women's size 8.5, but they run really small like Huarache's. I returned my order and ordered a size 10. They arrived today and they fit perfectly!! I recommend ordering 1.5 size larger than your normal size. Thank you Box Basics.

I absolutely love the shoes. These are the most comfortable metcons that I own. I have plantar fasciitis and these shoes allowed me to workout with no pain. I wish I could wear these to work.
