This shoe is for the athlete who wants to put speed into their daily workouts. It's more flexible than the Metcon 8 and more stable than the Free Metcon 4. The Nike Zoom Metcon Turbo 2 allows you to combine stability and responsiveness in a lightweight package to help you speed through your workouts.
From the Zoom Air cushioning underfoot to the rope wrap at the instep, every detail is pared down to minimize weight while maximizing function and durability. Lighter, stronger materials were used for speed and durability.
WHAT'S DIFFERENT WITH THE NIKE ZOOM METCON TURBO 2?
Cushioned For Speed. Added Zoom Air foam on the sole that is lightweight and responsive for quick, repetitive movements like box jumps and double unders. You get spring when you take off and cushioning when you land.
Strong Yet Breathable. The instep of the upper is thin and lightweight but still tough to handle abrasion. Mesh on the outer part keeps it breathable during those spicy sessions.
Less Is More. The features you love like the rope wrap and handstand heel clip are redesigned and pared down to shave off ounces. They give you the same function and durability minus the weight.

The shoe looks great and is comfortable, but I have flat feet and they continue to pronate in these shoes. So, they just weren't the shoe for me.
