How long will it take to deliver my order?
Rest assured that we do our best to ship all orders within one business day of receiving them. Orders within the continental U.S. generally take between 2 - 5 business days to arrive at your door step; and orders to HI, AK, and U.S. territories take between 4-8 business days.

Do you ship internationally?
Although we love to travel, our vendors restrict us from shipping overseas. There are several trusted international consolidation services based in the U.S. such as MyUS.com that receive and route orders overseas.

What is your return policy?
Feel confident in your purchase with our 30-day Return policy. It offers you plenty of time to see if you really LOVE your order. If you don't LOVE it, return any item to us in new or unused condition within 30 days of your purchase date and we'll be more than happy to help you with an exchange or refund. Sorry, no refunds on worn product. All items must be in 100% new and unused condition. We include a Return Form in every order but if you can't find it, we'll be happy to email one over to you. How do I exchange an item?
It's super easy! All you need to do is return the item you want to exchange and then place an order for the new item (in the right size or color) on Box Basics. Once we receive the item you returned, we'll process it and issue you a full refund for your original order. This way you'll get the right size/color faster and won't have to worry about it going out of stock while you wait for us to process the exchange.

How do I track an order?
Once your order ships, you will receive an email from us that will include the tracking number for your order. Please keep in mind that tracking numbers can sometimes take up to 24 hours to update.
