I’ve never used lifting shoes before. Really helps to put you in the proper position. I normally wrest a 10.5 but I decided to go to the 11 and glad I did. Fit perfect and are very comfortable.

Súper encantada, el size corre justo en la parte de al frente, si deseas más espacio recomiendo un medio size mas. Ya lo e utilizado y son muy efectivos
