Inov-8 F-Lite 245 Training Shoe Review

First Impressions: Wow is this shoe light and flexible!
Definitely a minimalist style training shoe. If you’re really into proprioception, this is your shoe. The upper is made out of a breathable knit material that keeps your feet cool and feels good around the foot. Because the midsole isn’t as high as other shoes and the drop is only 3mm, you definitely feel closer to the ground.
I love these shoes when I’m doing bodyweight movements or lifting light (not that I can lift heavy anyways). Once I start adding weight the shoes feel less stable than say a Metcon or Nano. And unless you’re proficient at forefoot striking when running, you won’t want to log too many miles in these.
Overall, this is a lightweight, flexible minimalist shoe for that think less is more.

You know how most training shoes make you choose, either they’re solid under a heavy barbell but feel clunky for conditioning, or they’re flexible for running and jumps but leave you unstable when lifting? The R.A.D® ONE V2 breaks that mold.
The Metcon 10 feels like Nike finally struck the right balance between structure and comfort. There’s solid stability in the heel and midfoot, but the addition of ReactX foam makes it noticeably more cushioned than the Metcon 9. It still delivers that classic Metcon feel just with more versatility and comfort during fast-paced workouts.
Designed by U.S. veterans, this no-frills trainer brings an authentic, rugged edge to the performance space. From the first wear, it’s clear this shoe was made to go hard—whether you're hammering through a Hero WOD, HIIT, strength circuits, or just racking up steps on a busy day.
