Reebok Speed 21 TR Shoe Review
First impression: Feels like a great versatile training shoe, lightweight, cushy.
The Reebok Speed 21 TR was designed to be more run-able than the Nano X1 - and it is! When I first put the shoe on it felt like this shoe is ready for a 5 mile run - something I wouldn't dare do in a Nano X1.
The shoe feels cushioned, lightweight, but the tongue is similar to the Nano X1 (detached from the upper) and will flop around. I'd put these in the same category as the Nike Free Metcon series: good versatile shoes you can run in but you'll want to stay away from the heavy movements in them.
This shoe is your shoe if you lift light and don't want to change shoes to go for a run.

You know how most training shoes make you choose, either they’re solid under a heavy barbell but feel clunky for conditioning, or they’re flexible for running and jumps but leave you unstable when lifting? The R.A.D® ONE V2 breaks that mold.
The Metcon 10 feels like Nike finally struck the right balance between structure and comfort. There’s solid stability in the heel and midfoot, but the addition of ReactX foam makes it noticeably more cushioned than the Metcon 9. It still delivers that classic Metcon feel just with more versatility and comfort during fast-paced workouts.
Designed by U.S. veterans, this no-frills trainer brings an authentic, rugged edge to the performance space. From the first wear, it’s clear this shoe was made to go hard—whether you're hammering through a Hero WOD, HIIT, strength circuits, or just racking up steps on a busy day.
