Sizing
- Stand on the middle of the rope with one foot.
- Pull the handles straight up making sure the rope is taut.
- Depending on your preference, the top of the handles should reach anywhere between your armpits and shoulders.
- If you're starting out, have the handle tops closer to the shoulder.
- If you're a veteran, the tops of the handle should be closer to the armpit.

I had a RPM rope for 5 years and it was time for something new. I didn't want to pay over $50, and stumbled upon ropes on BB. This rope has been great. It spins well, and has the coated rope which lasts longer!
