2019 Reebok CrossFit Games

The 2019 CrossFit Games will kick off on Thursday, August 1st for individuals and teams and with it comes BIG changes for the title of "Fittest on Earth." 

Individual and Teams 

Thursday (AUG 1):  9 a.m. - 6 p.m.
Friday (AUG 2): 10 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.
Saturday (AUG 3): 10 a.m. - 6 p.m.
Sunday (AUG 4): 10 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. 

Age Group Competition 

Friday (AUG 2): 8 a.m. - 6 p.m 
Saturday (AUG 3): 10 a.m. - 6 p.m. 
Sunday (AUG 4): 10 a.m. - 3 p.m.

The most exciting change is that this year will have a Hunger Games like feel with  competitors being eliminated after each event! There will be 148 men and 134 women that start Event 1 but only 75 men and 75 women will advance to Event 2. Athlete cuts will progressively continue through each event until there are only 10 athletes left standing to duke it out in the final round. 

  • Event 1: 148 Men / 134 Women
  • Event 2: 75 Men / 75 Women
  • Event 3: 50 Men / 50 Women
  • Event 4: 40 Men / 40 Women
  • Event 5: 30 Men / 30 Women 
  • Event 6: 20 Men / 20 Women
  • Event 7: 10 Men / 10 Women
