First impressions: Similar feel to the Metcon 5 but looks much more breathable.

What’s noticeably different in the Metcon 6 is the upper – it's designed to be the most breathable version yet. Constructed with a lightweight mesh to keep air flowing and your foot cool, Nike believes it’s 18% more breathable. And without buying into the hype, it actually does feel cooler/more breathable on the foot.

Overall, fits similar to the Metcon 5 but the addition of the lightweight mesh on the upper makes this an enhanced version of the 5.
