The time of release isn't the only thing that's changed with the newest Nano; Reebok's trademark CrossFit shoe has received some major upgrades that you'll be super excited about.
Aesthetically the most notable change is the return of the iconic Reebok vector logo which gives the shoe a much sleeker look than previous models.
From a performance standpoint Reebok worked very closely with a wide range of athletes - from CrossFit champions to everyday crossfitters - in an effort to get as much feedback to put into the design of the Nano 9.
Above all else, crossfitters demand a durable shoe that can withstand the constant abuse of hard training, and the Nano 9's new mid-sole wrap that extends fully around the back of the shoe delivers that extra bit of protection for everything from high volume handstand push ups to rope climbs.
Running will suck a little less with the added cushioning that can be felt throughout the entire shoe. Reebok also updated the sole with more flex and traction so you can be confident in taking the Nano 9 out on a variety of terrain.
With all the new changes and reviews we're super hyped for the release of the Reebok CrossFit Nano 9.
The gym leaderboard and tracking reps have long been a staple of CrossFit since it's inception and continue to be in 2019. The special edition Nike Metcon 4 XD X (affectionately called the Metcon 4 XD Chalkboard or the Metcon 4 XD Whiteboard) is inspired by WOD scores found on every box's whiteboard and the chalk scribbled floors tallying reps and rounds completed.
