What's New With The Reebok Nano Weave?

July 14, 2017

If you haven't heard through the CrossFit grapevine, Reebok has just released a remodeled version of the Nano 7.0 called the Nano Weave.

After taking the feedback they were receiving from athletes about the shortcomings of the Nano 7.0, Reebok made a drastic move to remodel their flagship CrossFit shoe mid season.

This highly unusual move shows that even a big shoe company like Reebok is open to the critique and opinions of Crossfitters who have embraced the Nano as their go to CrossFit shoe.

The Nano Weave is definitely a huge improvement upon the Nano 7.0, and some of the major upgrades you can expect form the weave are:

  1. A softer midsole that gives you more flex

  2. The all new Seamless NanoWeave mesh upper that molds around your foot in a much more comfortable and natural way

  3. Better padding in the heel notch resulting in a snugger fit with less slippage

With the Nano Weave Reebok not only improved the functionality of the shoe, but they definitely made it better looking, and have come up with some really cool new colors that Crossfitters will get excited about.
