2017 has been the year of the Nike Metcon 3, and we've seen some really eye catching colors drop; but Nike has saved the best for last with some of our favorite Women's Metcon colors to date coming out this Fall.

Sports Illustrated has put out their annual list of the "Fittest 50 In Sports", and some of CrossFit's elite have found themselves ranked among a number of the world's most famous and accomplished athletes.

In it's milestone 10th year the CrossFit Games lived up to the expectations, and seems to have successfully found a new home in Badger country. The new location and venue allowed for a completely new experience for both the athletes and spectators.

If you haven't heard through the CrossFit grapevine, Reebok has just released a remodeled version of the Nano 7.0 called the Nano Weave. After taking the feedback they were receiving from athletes about the shortcomings of the Nano 7.0, Reebok made a drastic move to remodel their flagship CrossFit shoe mid season.
